This was one of the best purchasing experiences in my life. Christine and I must have looked at 30 or more different houses in a very short time. Her vast knowledge, experience, patience, and honesty is amazing. She knew what I was thinking before I did. We had some frustrating times with multiple offer properties, but she was beside me and supporting me the whole time. I ended up finding the exact house I was looking for, and couldn't be happier! I remember back in June when we first met, Darryl noticed your real estate signs in the sub-division of Cedar Estate homes that was up and down in good time. Darryl mentioned to me that he thought you were a good real estate agent to sell properties so quickly in that subdivision. He said he would call you because he thought you knew your way around Keswick and so he called you. Darryl and I wanted to say THANK YOU for your help with Glendower property. You did exactly what we asked and that goes a long way. Not all real estate agents “listen” to their clients. So, keep doing what you’re doing…you do your job well. It is with great pleasure that I write this letter for Christine Burton. I have bought and sold many homes over the past 30 years but I have honestly never actually encountered somebody like Christine. I called Christine in the first place because an agent I had used previously was unavailable and I was rushed and required service immediately and Christine delivered.
Unlike my previous experience with Realtors, I found Christine to be of the utmost integrity and her knowledge of various aspects surrounding the timing of our listing and other details to be astounding and to prove accurate in the end. I was overwhelmed with other activities at the time and I chose to trust Christine implicitly every step of the way and that decision turned out to be very wise.
Christine arranged for a Stager, something that had never been arranged for me before, and she was outstanding as well. Timelines were extremely tight and yet all expectations were exceeded. Christine advised me to delay the offer process by a week, and doing so appeared to be the right move. She suggested a strategy including advertising, open house dates and more, and her predictions were bang on. The offers we received included one that was condition-free, met our closing date, and was even $20,000 above asking price!
Christine interacted beautifully with Tenants I had in the home. The number of showings would have irritated any tenant but they repeatedly told me how pleasant and reasonable she was and how this motivated their cooperation.The overall experience was absolutely outstanding.
It is without hesitation that I would very highly recommend Christine Burton for anyone's real estate needs.
I want to conclude by saying thank you Christine, I only regret that I have moved out of your service area because I would absolutely look to you for any further assistance with any real estate needs.
